Silicon carbide powder is one of the most important advanced ceramic raw materials in the world for its wide used applications due to its excellent characteristics such as chemical inertness at all temperatures, resistance to thermal shock and abrasion hardness and sinterability.
We have developed a serial high performance silicon carbide powders for the current SiC ceramic processing like as ReSiC, RBSiC and SSiC.
1. For recrystallized applications
1.Our products for recrystallized applications are HXCer-100 and HXCer-07. The powder has excellent performances such as high purity, proper distribution, well grain shape, good hydrophilicity, good fluidity, high stacking density, high tap density and high sintering activity, is suitable for re-crystallized applications.
